Raposera House, The Bridle Path, London, UK granted planning permission.

Our proposal for this 1 storey, tall ceiling residential scheme in London has been granted planning permission. The site plot is a trapezoidal, long and narrow shape, currently occupied by two single storey garage buildings.

The proposal’s evolution of the massing comes from the original footprint of the garages, keeping relationships with the existing context at the front and adjusting the height of the massing carefully towards the rear elevation.

The proposal form part of the varied composition within the street and public realm. The choice of colour and materials for the building has been carefully considered during the design process to achieve a sympathetic response to the surrounding houses. The external facade and roof proposal are in principle a single colour, traditional clay tile.

Once more...congratulations to the team!
