A 1930s four-bedroom chalet bungalow has been reimagined through a complete internal renovation, retaining its original street-facing façade while transforming the interior into a light-filled and cohesive family home.

The project preserves the character of the original architecture while introducing a series of interconnected spaces designed with clarity and purpose. The ground and first floors were reorganized to create a fluid spatial sequence—rooms unfold seamlessly into one another, offering a sense of openness and continuity.

A restrained material palette—white-painted walls, carefully preserved original timber elements, and pale finishes—brings a calm and uncluttered atmosphere to the home. Una casa tipo chalet de cuatro dormitorios construida en los años 30 ha sido completamente renovada, manteniendo su fachada original hacia la calle y transformando su interior en una vivienda luminosa y coherente para una familia contemporánea.

El proyecto conserva el carácter arquitectónico original a la vez que redefine el interior como una secuencia continua de espacios conectados con claridad. Los pisos fueron reorganizados para generar una circulación fluida: los recintos se suceden sin interrupciones, generando una experiencia espacial abierta y coherente.

Una paleta material contenida—muros blancos, elementos originales de madera cuidadosamente conservados y acabados suaves—aporta una atmósfera serena y despejada. La luz natural es protagonista, destacando la textura de la madera y acentuando la claridad del diseño.
